JoAnn Wall is an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) with over 25 years of experience specializing in agricultural and rural property valuation. Her expertise spans a wide range of property types, including vineyards, ranches, orchards, greenhouses, processing facilities, and rural estates. In addition to providing appraisals, she offers technical reviews, feasibility studies, and real estate consulting and brokering services.
JoAnn works closely with Vali Nemetz, combining valuation expertise with strategic insight into land acquisition and entitlements. Together, they guide clients through the full spectrum of land development—from evaluating agricultural potential to transforming properties into residential communities.
Recognized nationally for her contributions to the field, JoAnn was named one of the Top 50 Women in Business by the Pacific Times Business News in 2011 and received the H.E. Buck Stalcup Excellence in Education Award from the ASFMRA in 2018. She regularly travels across the country to speak and teach on agricultural valuation and real estate principles.
